Understanding Hemodialysis Dry Weight
Fluid management is a difficult science in hemodialysis. Dry weight
involves a lot of guess work and if incorrectly addressed can cause cramping,
crashing, fluid overload and impact your heart's overall health. Anne Diroll,
CNN is a clinical support specialist for Hema Metrics. She explains the benefits
of blood volume monitoring to help people with kidney disease dialyze to their
optimal dry weight.
